1. Operator and purpose
Author Ads Reporting is a private integration operated by Laurentiu Ioan Voica, acting as an individual.
The integration is intended to retrieve information from the operator’s own Amazon Ads account and support AI-assisted analysis of advertising performance. Its purpose is to help the operator understand results and make informed campaign adjustments.
It is not currently offered as a service to other advertisers.

2. Information processed
Depending on the permissions granted and the reporting capabilities available, the integration may process:
- Advertising account identifiers, marketplace and currency information.
- Campaign, portfolio, ad group and advertised product identifiers.
- Keywords, product targets, bids, budgets, statuses and placement settings.
- Advertising reports, including impressions, clicks, spend, attributed purchases, units and sales.
- Search terms, advertised and purchased product information, and other available reporting breakdowns.
The integration is not intended to collect individual shoppers’ names, contact details, payment information or Amazon account passwords.
3. How information is used
Information is used to retrieve and reconcile advertising reports, evaluate performance and profitability, identify potentially inefficient spend, and prepare campaign recommendations.
The initial intended functionality is data retrieval and analysis. Automated changes to campaigns, bids, budgets or targeting are outside this initial scope. The permissions requested during authorization may be broader than the functionality actually enabled.
4. AI processing and service providers
Advertising information may be transferred to and processed within Notion and AI services used for analysis. Information included in conversations, uploaded files or connected tools may be processed or retained under those providers’ applicable terms, privacy policies and account settings.
Only information reasonably necessary for the intended analysis should be shared. Passwords, client secrets and access or refresh tokens should not be included in analysis prompts or ordinary chat messages.
The operator does not sell advertising account information.
5. Authorization and security
Access to Amazon Ads information requires authorization through Amazon’s applicable authorization process.
Credentials must be handled through appropriate authentication mechanisms and protected configuration or credential storage. Access should be limited to the accounts and functionality necessary for the integration’s purpose.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and deletion
Reports and analysis may be retained while needed for campaign evaluation and historical comparisons. Information stored in Notion, conversation histories, files or other service providers may remain until deleted through the relevant service and may be subject to that provider’s retention policies.
Revoking Amazon authorization does not automatically delete information previously retrieved or copied into other services.
Questions or deletion requests may be sent to voicalaur@gmail.com. Deletion is subject to the operator’s control over the relevant systems and any applicable legal obligations.
7. Changes to this notice
This notice will be reviewed when the integration’s functionality, service providers or data-handling practices change, including before offering access to other advertisers or enabling automated campaign changes.
